Captain Moomaw has been a peace officer since 1972 and has served in Detentions, Patrol, Administrative and Investigation
service areas. Captain Moomaw has a B.S. in Organizational Management from Colorado Christian University and is a 2003 graduate
of Northwestern University's School of Police Staff and Command.
