Professional Standards Bureau
Under the command of Captain Vince Line, the Professional Standards Bureau is responsible for the following functions: internal investigations of employee
misconduct; training; concealed weapons permits, human resources and maintenance of the Sheriff's Office law enforcement accreditation.
Inspector David Wellman is responsible for overseeing Internal Affairs. Deputy Inspectors Liz Westberg, Todd Fechner and Jared
Rowlison handle all Internal Affairs complaints. Sergeant Ken McKlem is responsible for agency training. Lynn Grover coordinates
all concealed weapons applications. Ann Harden is the Acting Human Resources Manager. Sue Relihan manages accreditation and
staff inspections.
