Under the command of Captain Brice Moomaw, the Professional Standards Bureau is responsible for the following functions: internal investigations of employee misconduct; training; concealed
weapons permits, human resources and maintenance of the Sheriff's Office law enforcement accreditation.
Inspector Jeff Hutt, is responsible for overseeing Internal Affairs.Deputy Inspectors Liz Westberg, Tammy Vienot and Jared
Rowlison handle all Internal Affairs complaints. Sergeant Ken McKlem is responsible for agency training. Lynn Grover coordinates
all concealed weapons applications. Ann Harden is the Acting Human Resources Manager. Sue Relihan manages accreditation and
staff inspections.
