IV. Effective Date-Expiration Date.
Upon adoption by the electorate at the election on November 4, 2003, the sales and use tax provided herein shall become effective
and in force at 12:01 a.m. on January 1, 2004, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2023, and upon said expiration,
all monies remaining in any of the Funds created hereunder may continue to be expended for the purposes set forth herein until
completely exhausted. The effective date of this Resolution and the date upon which the imposition of the sales and use taxes referred to herein
begins shall be January 1, 2004.
