The Land Development Services section provides civil engineering review for all Planning and Building Services land use case referrals. Land Development Services identifies the public works issues and problems with the specific land use application, and provides quality control for the design of privately constructed improvements that will ultimately be dedicated to and maintained by Arapahoe County. LDS ensures private developers adequately address the impacts of land development on the public infrastructure, and provides engineering and project management support to the Capital Improvements Program section within the Engineering Division.
