The Business Relationship Division is an emerging division, which consists of project managers, business analysts, quality
assurance analysts, a business relationship partner, and a contracted Training Coordinator for in-house computer training.
The division provides IT consultation, business analysis, including requirements gathering, workflow and process review, project
management, quality assurance and business partner a liaison between the business and IT. Emerging roles are the business
analysis role, which will work with our customers to develop a strong understanding of their business-know and understand
our customers’ business and the business relationship partner, which will be a liaison between IT and the business.
