Getting Started

To apply for Child Support Enforcement Services you are required to complete an application and pay a $20.00 fee unless you are receiving public assistance, in which case the fee is waived.

Request An Application
There are two ways to obtain an application. Choose the one that’s best for you:

1. Phone – Call 303-752-8900 to request an application.
2. Online – If you would like to download the application packet, select from the following two options:
               I have a child support court order  
               I need to obtain a child support court order

Additional Documentation
In addition to your completed application, you must provide a copy of your photo ID and a copy of each applicable document:

• Each child’s birth certificate
• Divorce decree, separation agreement or other child support order
• A photograph of the other parent, if available

One Time Application Fee
There is a $20 non-refundable application fee that must be paid at the time of application. Make check/money order payable to Arapahoe County Department of Human Services.
