
To apply for Child Support Enforcement Services, you are required to complete an application and pay a $20 fee unless you are receiving Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (Colorado Works), in which case the fee is
waived.
How to Apply
There are several ways to obtain and submit an application. Choose the one that’s best for you:
- Online through the Colorado Division of Child Support.You may submit the application online, or print a copy and mail it to our address below. (Submitting an application online
is recommended.)
- By Mail: Call our Customer Service Center at (303) 752-8900 to request that an application be mailed to you. Then complete the application
and mail or deliver it to our address below.
- In Person: Access the online application at an Internet kiosk located in our lobby at:

Additional Documentation
In addition to your completed application, you must provide a copy of your photo ID and a copy of each applicable document:
- Each child’s birth certificate
- Divorce decree, separation agreement or other child support order
- A photograph of the other parent, if available
One Time Application Fee
The $20 non-refundable application fee must be paid to complete the application process. Make check/money order payable to
Arapahoe County Department of Human Services.
