To apply for Child Support Enforcement Services you are required to complete an application and pay a $20.00 fee unless you are receiving public assistance, in which case the fee is waived.

There are two ways to obtain an application. Choose the one that’s best for you:
- Phone – Call 303-752-8900 to request an application.
- Online – If you would like to download the application packet, select from the following two options:
I have a child support court order
I need to obtain a child support court order
Additional Documentation
In addition to your completed application, you must provide a copy of your photo ID and a copy of each applicable document:
- Each child’s birth certificate
- Divorce decree, separation agreement or other child support order
- A photograph of the other parent, if available
One Time Application Fee
There is a $20 non-refundable application fee that must be paid at the time of application. Make check/money order payable
to Arapahoe County Department of Human Services.
