Both custodial and non-custodial parents can view the status of their child support account and payments online through the Family Support Registry. From there you can inquire about payments and request address changes.

All parties must notify the Family Support Registry (FSR) when a mailing address changes. This ensures that notifications and payments are deliverable.

FSR offers parents several options for paying and receiving child support. Typically, a parent has payments come directly out of their paycheck.

FSR accepts payments by:

  • Check or Money Order (You must include your FSR account number, name and court case number on payments) Send payments to Family Support Registry, PO Box 2171, Denver, CO 80201-2171
  • Wage withholding
  • Recurring automatic withdrawal from a bank account
  • Pay-by-Phone
  • Western Union

FSR disburses payments by:

  • Printing and mailing a check to the custodial parent
  • Direct deposit into a bank account
  • FSR Card (a debit-type VISA card)
