Have you been prescribed a medication that is not covered by insurance? With the Arapahoe County Prescription Discount Card,
sponsored by the National Association of Counties (NACo), you can save money the retail price of prescription drugs that are
not covered Medicaid, Medicare, private or employer-sponsored health plans.
It’s easy to use. Pick up a card at participating locations or print a card online, and present it to a local pharmacist at check-out to see if a discount can be applied. You’ll always get the lowest price
offered.
The discount card is:
- Valuable. Save an average of 20% off the pharmacy’s regular price on all commonly prescribed prescriptions and an average savings of
50% on 90-day supplies of select generics through mail service. Savings are also available on high-tech and injectable drugs
through the specialty pharmacy.
- Easy. There is no enrollment fee, no limit to how many times the cards can be used and no claim forms to fill out.
- Convenient. More than 59,000 participating pharmacies nationwide, including 90 percent of County pharmacies.
