The Housing and Community Development Services Division enhances the quality of life for all those living and working in the
County by providing grants to community organizations that support the County’s low to moderate-income and special needs populations. These organizations use the funding for the provision of affordable housing, employment opportunities, improved public facilities and recreational and educational
opportunities.
HCDS provides more than $1.5 million to fund local services every year, conducts ongoing studies and analyzes community needs
for the future.
