The Housing and Community Development Services Division administers the Community Development Block Grant program, which are entitlement monies received by Arapahoe County through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. These funds help low to moderate income individuals and areas of the County, and are used to build or improve community facilities and furnish needed community services.
