Recording
The Recording department is responsible for the recording of real estate information, military discharges and any other information
where there is a need for a public record. This department also issues marriage licenses. Due to the passage of House Bill
02-1119, there will be an additional $1 surcharge for each document recorded or filed with the Clerk and Recorders office.
