Clerk to the Board
The Clerk to the Board Division attends the meetings of the Board of County Commissioners and the meetings of many of the
various boards and commissions appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. The Clerk to the Board maintains the official
records of the Board of County Commissioners’ Public Hearings and Study Sessions as well as the official records of the other
boards and commissions. Additionally, the Clerk to the Board houses many of the historical records of the County including
audio recordings of official proceedings, resolutions, ordinances, and special district service plans and maps.
Many of the records that this division maintains are available through the links listed below. Certified copies of the records
