Welcome to the Assessor's Office web site, which is designed to help citizens access property value information online. Corbin
Sakdol is the Arapahoe County Assessor. Corbin has worked for the Assessor's Office for the past 16 years and is a licensed
Certified General Appraiser, licensed Real Estate Broker and has a degree in Architectural Technology.
The Assessor's Office discovers, lists, classifies and values all real and personal property in Arapahoe County. The Assessor's
Office also is responsible for maintaining public records, including ownership and parcel maps. We also submit the Abstract
of Assessment to the Colorado Division of Property Taxation, as well as certify values to taxing entities and produce the
warrant roll.
Mr. Sakdol and the entire Assessor's Office staff strive to provide the most current and accurate information possible to

Transfer of Ownership on a Mobile Home
In order to change a title and transfer the ownership of a manufactured (mobile) home located in Arapahoe County, the State
of Colorado requires an authentication/certification tax form be obtained for the current tax year from the Arapahoe County
Assessor's Office.
The County Assessor will fill out the assessed valuation and taxes due. The Treasurer collects the appropriate amount of taxes
and signs off on the authentication/certification tax form. The authentication/certification tax form along with all pertinent
documents must be taken to the Division of Motor Vehicle.
Once the authentication/certification tax form is obtained and the title properly assigned, the Division of Motor Vehicle
will issue a new title.
This procedure must be completed before the County Assessor can update ownership records on the manufactured home.
