Arapahoe County is the home to Centennial Airport - the second busiest airport in the nation among airports that are not certified
for airline services, and among the top 25 of all airports, including LAX, Chicago's O'Hare and New York's LaGuardia. Centennial
Airport is governed by the Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority, a separate political entity from Arapahoe County. Commissioner
Susan Beckman, who serves as chair, Commissioner Nancy N. Sharpe and Commissioner Rod Bockenfeld, serve on the Airport Authority
